Here is where I share with the community about the technology behind my blog.
I am using the free opensource CMS system WordPress with the theme “Mandigo” to run my blog. With this I also use the following plug-ins to customize my blog and present all the functions you enjoy.

404 Notifier This plugin will log 404 hits on your site and can notify you via e-mail or you can subscribe to the generated RSS feed of 404 events. By Alex King.
AdSense Manager Control and arrange your AdSense & Referral blocks on your WordPress blog. With Widget and inline post support, configurable colours. By Martin Fitzpatrick.
AJAX Calendar A version of the WordPress calendar that uses AJAX to allow the user to step through the months without updating the page. Additionally, a click on the ‘expand’ link shows all the posts within that month, inside the calendar. Caching of content can be enabled to increase speed. By John Godley.
Akismet Akismet checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. You need a API key to use it. You can review the spam it catches under “Comments.” To show off your Akismet stats just put <?php akismet_counter(); ?> in your template. See also: WP Stats plugin. By Matt Mullenweg.

WP-Ban Ban users by IP, IP Range, host name, user agent and referer url from visiting your WordPress’s blog. It will display a custom ban message when the banned IP, IP range, host name, user agent or referer url tries to visit you blog. You can also exclude certain IPs from being banned.
