The theatre itself has all the fixtures necessary to offer a great cinema experience. Unfortunately, the Studio City Cinema staff are poorly trained on this Grand Opening day, their ticketing scanning network not working as expected, a food ordering system that do not work and slow, nor their staff understand what are available in their own food menu. They definitely need a soft opening to iron out all the details, instead of charging prices even higher than @galaxymacau and @pvrcinemas_official If @broadway_circuit plan to compete with these other established chains in there are a lot of work to do
