Wednesdays, at this place across its locations in Hong Kong and Macau, is their free flowing pasta with any steak orders. The flow is rightfully slow, because the guest is already working on a main. They need to come up with a solution to protect their quality. As the pastas are fairly good if you taste them while they’re hot.
Steak is in their name, so you would expect that’s their best thing on the menu. They place their steaks in the oven, I think that is called reverse sear. Whatever they are doing the results is not what they want. Four times the steaks are dry and tough. No matter the quality of meat they use it cannot supplement the technique.
flatiron_hk & flatironburger_hk needs to help savage this new location in Macao. I want to keep supporting this reasonable priced steak house, but the food currently makes it a challenge
