In the past couple years, the quality of this chain has slowly gone down. Especially the Mira Place, ifc mall, Harbour City and Time Square locations in HK. Almost to a point where we were planning to give up on them for good.
Today we had a present surprise at this Time Square location. The cut of the tuna and quality of rice in the maki still need much attention. The rest of what we had were better than the visits we have this past years.
