Like many who came before me, the is fluffy and smooth. Many others places one will use the spoon to chip away the ice. They added some sort of coconut sauce to the ice, so it is tasty even without the topping. As for topping, these are the typical sweet one fines in Taiwan. Absolutely delightful.
