Chilli
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teasp - Olive oil
- Seasoning Salt
- 1 teasp - Garlic (dry or fresh)
- 1 lb - Ground beef
- 1 large - Spanish Onion
- 2 cans - Tomato Sauce
- 1 can - Tomato Paste
- 2 cans - Kidney Beans
- 1 teasp - Chilli Powder
- 1 teasp - Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp - Oregano
- 1 tbsp - Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp - Spanish Paprika
- Brown the ground beef in a tall side pot with a tea spoon of olive oil for 2 minutes;
- Sprinkle about half a tea spoon of Seasoning Salt on to the beef, be careful not to cook the beef too long;
- Empty all the other ingredients into the pot stirring all the time;
- After throughly stirring the mixture add the garlic and let it simmer for 3 hours.
You may need to check on it once every 45 minutes to ensure your chili is not sticking to the bottom.
