Postal Service Tracking Sites
Below are some of the tracking pages from the different Postal Services that we ship our orders to.
If your shipment had been sent as indicated by our Status Indicator, please feel free to choose the corresponding service to track your shipment during transit.
For the cases where the shipment was sent via Hong Kong Post's "Registered Air Mail". The recipient's Postal Service may not track the shipment, therefore you will need to use Hong Kong Post's "Registered Mail Outward Item Enquiry" page to track your shipment.
Look Up Status:
Please enter the Order Reference of the item you like to inquire about.
The Order Reference can be one of the following:
- eBay Item Listing number that you won/bought
- The Reference Number we provided to you in our Shipment Notification email.
Since the Order Reference numbers on eBay are not unique and you may have purchased multiple items that were shipped separately.
Therefore, upon submitting the Order Reference number we will return with one or more records that match the provide Order Reference number.
